Process servingWhat you can hold us to
People come to us on some of the hardest days of their lives. These are the commitments behind every case we take.
Lawful methods, always
Evidence gathered improperly can be worse than no evidence at all — it can damage the very case you are trying to build. Every method we use is lawful, and every finding is documented with the dates, times and context that make it meaningful later.
Discretion is the job, not a feature
Unmarked vehicles. Plain clothes. No mention of your name to anyone who does not need it. If we run into a complication in the field, you hear about it from us before anyone else does.
We report what we find
Not what you were hoping to hear. Sometimes an investigation confirms a suspicion; sometimes it puts one to rest. A report that finds nothing is still a real result — it is the difference between wondering and knowing.
Honest scoping, in writing
If an investigation is unlikely to get you what you need, we say so during the free consultation, before you have spent anything. When we do take the case, you know the scope, the approach and the cost before work starts.
Your case is worked by a licensed investigator
Redeemed Investigations is a Florida-licensed agency, not a directory that resells enquiries to whoever bids. Investigative work is carried out by licensed investigators, and any intern working a case does so under licensed supervision, as Florida requires. The investigator who gathers the evidence writes your report — and is the one who can speak to it afterwards.

A local, licensed firm — not a national lead broker
Redeemed Investigations was founded to provide professional, discreet, results-driven investigative work in Florida — the kind of service that treats a client's situation as their business and nobody else's.
The firm has been licensed in Florida since 2018, and its founder holds a degree in Criminal Justice. We work across private investigations, process serving, notary services and JAC support, which means clients and attorneys can bring a whole matter to one place instead of coordinating three vendors.
As a woman-owned firm, Redeemed brings empathy and attention to detail to cases that are often emotionally difficult — custody, infidelity, a family member who has stopped answering the phone. The work is factual and objective. The way we treat you does not have to be cold.
Asked quietly, answered honestly
Investigative work is usually quoted either as an hourly rate plus expenses, or as a flat fee for a defined piece of work such as a background check or a process service. What drives the cost is mostly time: how many hours of surveillance a situation realistically needs, how far apart the locations are, and how much records research is involved.
You will get the specific number for your situation during the free consultation, in writing, before anything begins. We would rather tell you an investigation is not worth the money than take a retainer for work that cannot deliver.
Yes. What you tell us stays between you and Redeemed Investigations, and we do not discuss clients or cases with anyone outside the engagement. We can also agree on how and when it is safe to contact you — a lot of our clients ask us not to leave voicemails, and that is a completely normal request.
One honest caveat: communications with an investigator are not covered by attorney–client privilege. If your matter is already with a lawyer, having your attorney engage us can extend certain protections to the work — ask them.
Less than you would think. Useful starting points are: what you are trying to find out, roughly when you first noticed the problem, the names and any addresses or vehicles involved, and whether there is a court date or deadline. If you have none of that, call anyway — sorting out what matters is part of the job.
Please do not send sensitive documents through the website form. Bring them to the conversation instead.
A licensed investigator may observe and document a person in public places, where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy, and that is the backbone of most surveillance work. What is not permitted is just as important: no trespassing, no recording inside private spaces, no impersonating law enforcement, no placing tracking devices on a vehicle you have no legal interest in, and no accessing someone's accounts or phone.
This is general information rather than legal advice, and the specifics depend on your circumstances. It is also the reason people hire a licensed investigator instead of doing it themselves — evidence collected improperly can be excluded, and can create legal exposure for the person who collected it.
It depends entirely on what is being investigated. A background check or a locate can often be completed in a matter of days. Surveillance is driven by the subject's own patterns — documenting a routine that happens twice a week takes longer than one that happens daily. Process serving depends on how reachable the person is.
We will give you a realistic timeframe up front, and tell you if it changes.
Typically a written investigative report describing what was observed and when, supported by timestamped photographs, video where it was obtainable, and copies of any public records located. The point is that it should still make sense to a third party — an attorney, a mediator, a judge — months later.
What we will not do is promise a particular result. No honest investigator can tell you in advance what the facts are going to be.
Regularly. Family law, criminal defence and civil litigation firms use us for witness location and interviews, surveillance, background and asset-adjacent research, process serving, notary work and JAC support. If you are an attorney or paralegal, the attorney support page covers how we work with firms.
Melbourne and Brevard County primarily, across the Space Coast — including Melbourne, West Melbourne, Palm Bay, Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, Titusville and surrounding communities. See areas we serve for detail, and ask if your matter sits just outside it.
A licensed investigator follows up personally, usually the same day. The first conversation is a conversation, not a sales call: what happened, what you need to know, and whether investigation is the right tool. If it is, you get a written scope and cost. If it is not, you get told that, and you have lost nothing but a phone call.
You don’t have to keep wondering.
Tell us what is going on. We will tell you honestly whether an investigation can help, what it would involve, and what it would cost — before you commit to anything.
