Support for judicial, administrative and court matters
Dependable JAC support across Brevard County — the investigative, service and documentation work that keeps a legal matter moving on schedule.
JAC Support Services in Melbourne & Brevard County
Legal matters generate a steady stream of practical work that is nobody's speciality and everybody's problem: someone has to be located, papers have to be served, a statement has to be sworn, records have to be pulled, and a filing deadline is on Thursday.
JAC support is that layer of the work. We handle the judicial, administrative and court-related tasks that surround a proceeding, so attorneys, paralegals and clients are not coordinating three vendors against a court calendar.
Because Redeemed Investigations holds a Florida private investigative agency licence and provides process serving and notary services in house, most of these tasks can be handled under a single engagement — which usually means faster turnaround and one point of contact when something changes.
What JAC support covers
If your situation is not on this list, it is still worth a conversation — most are not.
- Locating parties, witnesses and respondents connected to a proceeding
- Service of process, including hard-to-serve respondents
- Affidavits, sworn statements and notarisation for filings
- Affidavits of diligent search supported by genuine investigative work
- Public records research and retrieval in support of a matter
- Witness interviews and statements where an attorney directs the work
- Documentation and reporting prepared for filing or hearing
How we work with you
-
01
Tell us the deadline first
Court calendars drive everything. Knowing the real date up front lets us tell you honestly what is achievable and what is not.
-
02
A defined task list
What needs doing, in what order, and what depends on what. Clear scope prevents the sort of surprise that costs a hearing.
-
03
The work
Locates, service, research, statements and notarisation, handled in house and coordinated as one piece of work.
-
04
Documentation returned promptly
Completed returns, affidavits and reports back to you in time to be useful, not the day before the hearing.
Why this is worth doing properly
The failure mode in court support work is almost never a dramatic mistake. It is a chain of small delays: the address was wrong, so the first attempts failed; the diligent search affidavit took a week; the notary appointment could not be got until Friday; and now a continuance has been requested and the client is unhappy.
Consolidating the work removes most of the handoffs where those delays accumulate. It also means the affidavit of diligent search is signed by the person who actually did the searching, which is a materially stronger document than one assembled from someone else's attempt log.
To be clear about the boundary. Redeemed Investigations provides investigative, service and documentation support. We do not provide legal advice, do not appear on anyone's behalf, and do not prepare legal arguments — those are for the attorney of record.
Why clients choose Redeemed for jac support services
One engagement, one contact. Investigation, service, locates and notary under a single point of responsibility.
Deadline-aware. We work backwards from your court date and tell you early if it is at risk, while there is still time to do something about it.
Documentation that files cleanly. Returns and affidavits completed properly the first time.
Local to the Brevard courts. The service area, the courthouses and the geography are familiar ground.
JAC Support Services — common questions
Attorneys and paralegals most often, along with individuals handling a matter without counsel who need a specific task performed correctly — usually service of process, a locate, or a properly executed affidavit.
Either. Some clients hand over a full task list for a proceeding; others send a single service or a single locate. Both are fine, and both get the same handling.
No. We are a licensed investigative agency providing investigative, service and documentation support. We do not give legal advice or represent anyone. If you need legal advice, you need an attorney — and if you do not have one, say so and we will point you toward firms in the area.
It depends on the task, but deadline work is what this service exists for. Tell us the court date at the outset and you will get a straight answer about feasibility rather than an optimistic one.
