A local licensed agency, not a national call centre
Redeemed Investigations is a woman-owned, Florida-licensed private investigation agency in Melbourne. When you call, you speak with a licensed investigator — not an intake script.
Why Redeemed Investigations exists
Redeemed Investigations was founded to provide professional, discreet, results-driven investigative services in Florida — the kind of service that treats a client's situation as their business and nobody else's.
The firm has been licensed in Florida since 2018, and its founder holds a degree in Criminal Justice. The work spans private investigations across civil and criminal matters, surveillance, background investigations and due diligence, process serving, notary services and JAC support — which means a client with a legal matter in motion can bring the whole thing to one place instead of assembling a team of vendors.
How the work is staffed
Florida licenses this profession for a reason, and it is worth understanding how it works. An agency holds a Class "A" licence; the people doing investigative work hold a Class "C" investigator licence; and interns hold a Class "CC" and work under the supervision of a licensed investigator. Redeemed operates within that structure.
What that means for you in practice: your matter is handled by a licensed investigator, and whoever is assigned to it stays with it. There is no handing a case between people halfway through, and no situation where the person who observed something is unavailable to speak to it later. When a matter needs more resource than the firm can properly commit, you are told that at the consultation rather than discovering it three weeks in.
The investigative philosophy
Three things, consistently.
Facts over conclusions. An investigator's job is to establish what can be documented, not to build a case for what a client hopes is true. Where the evidence is ambiguous, the report says it is ambiguous. That discipline is exactly what makes the findings worth something when someone challenges them.
Lawful methods, without exception. There are shortcuts in this work — devices, accounts, recordings — that are tempting and that can be unlawful. Using them can destroy a client's case and expose everyone involved. Redeemed does not use them, and will tell a client plainly when what they are asking for falls outside what can lawfully be done.
People before files. The cases that come through this door are frequently the worst weeks of someone's life. Being professional does not require being cold about it.
A woman-owned firm
It matters more often than you would expect. Clients dealing with infidelity, custody or personal safety concerns frequently say it made the first call easier to make — and in field work, the assumptions people make about who is and is not watching them are not evenly distributed.
Local to the Space Coast
Redeemed works across Brevard County and the Space Coast — Melbourne, West Melbourne, Palm Bay, Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach and the communities between them. Local knowledge is not decoration in this job: knowing the roads, the courthouses, the neighbourhoods and how traffic moves at 5pm on the causeways is the difference between a productive surveillance day and an expensive one.
The commitments behind every case
- Lawful methods on every case, without exception
- Complete discretion — your case is discussed with nobody outside it
- Scope, approach and cost agreed in writing before work begins
- An honest assessment, including when an investigation will not help
- Findings reported as they are, not as anyone hoped they would be
- A licensed investigator on your matter, who stays with it start to finish
About the firm
A Florida-licensed private investigator. Redeemed Investigations holds Class "A" private investigative agency licence A 3200167, and investigative work is carried out under it by licensed investigators — with any intern working under licensed supervision, as Florida requires.
Whoever is assigned to your matter is who you deal with throughout it. The investigator who gathers the evidence writes your report and is the person who can speak to it afterwards, including in a hearing if it comes to that.
Redeemed Investigations LLC holds Florida Class "A" private investigative agency licence A 3200167, with companion Class "C" investigator licence C 3200122. The firm has been licensed since 2018 and its founder holds a degree in Criminal Justice.
Both licences are public record and can be checked with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. We would rather you did — it is a fair check to run on any investigator you are considering, and a good many of the results you will find online cannot pass it.
No, and it is worth being clear about it. A private investigator is a licensed civilian professional with no law enforcement authority. We cannot make arrests, compel anyone to speak with us, or access records restricted to law enforcement. What we can do is investigate lawfully and document thoroughly. If a matter belongs with police — a crime in progress, a person in danger — we will tell you so.
Because clients tell us it mattered. People dealing with infidelity, custody or a personal safety concern frequently say it made the first call easier to make. In field work it has practical value too — assumptions about who is and is not paying attention are not evenly distributed.
Because of what clients are usually trying to get back. People arrive in the middle of something that has taken over their thinking — a marriage they cannot read, a custody arrangement they do not trust, a decision they cannot make without information they do not have. The work is not glamorous. It is aimed at handing someone back the ability to decide.
