How this website handles information — written plainly, because a firm that sells discretion should be able to explain its own.
Last updated 19 August 2026. This policy covers the redeemedinvestigations.com website. It does not describe how information is handled inside a client engagement, which is governed by the engagement agreement and by Florida law applicable to licensed private investigative agencies.

What this site collects
Information you give us
If you submit the consultation form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, your description of the situation, and any optional details you add such as city, preferred contact method, best time to contact and timeline.
We deliberately keep this form short. It exists to let us contact you, not to collect your case file. Please do not submit documents, photographs, account credentials, financial details or other sensitive material through this website. Those belong in a phone conversation.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, we also record the page you submitted from, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (such as utm_source or a click identifier), the referring website's domain, and the country associated with your connection. This tells us which marketing is working. It is not used to build a profile of you.
Our hosting provider processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, timestamp — as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.
How information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
- To keep a record of the enquiry in our client relationship management system
- To understand which marketing channels produce enquiries
- To detect and block automated abuse of the form
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other investigators, lead brokers or marketing companies.
Where it goes
Form submissions are transmitted to our own server-side endpoint and forwarded to our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores enquiries so we can respond to and track them. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
The contents of your message are never sent to an analytics or advertising provider. Where analytics is enabled, it records that a form was submitted and which page it happened on — never what you wrote.
Analytics and advertising
This site is built so that analytics and advertising tags load only when they have been explicitly configured. If none are configured, no third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
Where they are enabled — such as Google Analytics or the Meta pixel for advertising measurement — those providers may set cookies and receive information about your visit, including pages viewed and events such as "a form was submitted". Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are retained in our CRM for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business enquiries, and thereafter as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your enquiry — see below.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated server-side, protected against automated abuse, and transmitted over encrypted connections. Form contents are not written to server logs. No system is perfectly secure, which is why we ask you to keep sensitive detail out of the form and save it for the call.
Your choices
- Contact us by phone instead. Calling (321) 549-1780 leaves no record on this website at all.
- Ask what we hold. Email RedeemedInvestigations@gmail.com and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry. Email the same address and we will remove it, unless we are required to retain it.
- Control cookies through your browser settings.
A safety note
If you share a device, a phone plan or online accounts with someone connected to your situation, be aware that your browsing history, call log, email and text messages may be visible to them. Consider using a device they do not have access to, and tell us at the start of the conversation if contacting you needs care. This is a routine request and we handle it as a matter of course.
Children
This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
